How do some girls get their makeup and skin to look so perfect and MATT?

I was in primark today and there were 4 girls, bitchy looking, but very pretty, and their makeup looked perfect and it was soo matt ..how do they get this look?How do some girls get their makeup and skin to look so perfect and MATT?

First off you need the right tools and they are makeup brushes. If you use brushes, you can make your makeup very natural and perfect.





If you have blemishes or acne, you need to get a good concealer preferably a green based one, and for dark eye circles, a yellow based one. That will hide them but under very bright light, you skin might still look a little bumpy.





Powder will make your skin matte or use blotting sheets every few hours.
Well they use two things. A liquid foundation and a powder foundation. If you have real dry skin apply a little bit of lotion to your face, let it sit for about 30 seconds and then put liquid foundation on your face. After thats finished apply the powder foundation and smooth it out with your brush. Also I'm sure they do what I do which is cake it on their face. Also as everyone else said, mineral foundation is really good, but if you want full coverage make up I would reccomend mac although I must warn you mac is really terrible for your skin.
Well first u need to find the right shade of makeup:


eyes:


blue eyes:brown and rose eye showdow is great 4 u! and


dark brown or black mascara!





brown eyes:green and gold are are the right colors! and brown mascara is really good!





green eyes: lavander and mocha eye shodows! and brown mascara!





hazel eyes:deep green and pale yellow r made 4 u! and brown and black mascara!





Blush:


get a light pink blush to really show you cheek bones really blend it in so it wount look so bad!





lips: i suggst not to use red!! u should use light pink, rose or any shade of pink!





skin: use lotion to not make ur skin so dry and skin cream to make you skin look brighter!
Use a makeup brush when applying foundation, it gives an amazing finish. If you go to The Body Shop they will be able to help you out with a really good one, plus they have a range of foundations that look amazing as well as not irritating your skin.
Try exfoliating with facial scrub three times a week and using cleanser and toner once a day, as well as lots of water and a balanced diet this will make your skin clear and smooth.





Put moisturiser on as a base coat then your foundation and then powder if you need it so your face isn't shiny.





And for foundations, i personally like Mac or Clarins but just look online for reviews on the best makes then go to your local boots or debenhams and they'll give you advice too.
Drinking a lot of water really does help a lot. If you want a matte finish, rice powder (either loose or in a blotting paper form) works really well, especially if you are in a warm, humid climate. I also love using a Mattifying Gel before I put my makeup on. Philosophy makes a great one for around $20.00
try a foundation primer (like GOSH's primer that you can find at Superdrug. it is the BEST!!!! or Sue moxley's primer, also at superdrug). this gives the oil an extra layer to seep through so makeup last longer. the body shop has this thing that you apply to oily areas over your mae up and it keeps u MATTE!!!! it works, check it out!!! http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/invt/09891%26amp;…

you can get mineral foundation in the 17 range, %26amp; rimmel i think. look in boots for mineral foundation
They cement it on!!!! best thing i've found is the new mineral foundation. It's a powder that settles on your skin rather than sinking in - looks really natural looking.
