it all depends on your face shape, skin tone, and eye colorPerfect MAKEUP!?
this is for eye liner For Blue Eyes: Baby blues are best accented by brown or navy liner. Charcoal or grey shades are nice for a bit of drama.








For Brown Eyes: Dark brown or cocoa colored liners add depth








For Green Eyes: Try a light brown, or even a camel-colored liner to bring out their intensity.





and this is for eye shadow Dark eyes look good in grays, blues, purples and greens.








Light eyes look good in brown, taupe and bronze shades
seems like your a big fan of eyeliner. For the first image, thats a more evening look put black eyeliner on both the bottom and top, curl your lashes, apply mascara, comb your lashes to get rid of clumps, then apply your shadow, putting a gold-ish color slightly more gold than your skin tone under the bridge or your brow too to make your eyes really pop.


For the second one it's more natural look appy less liner to your bottom, still appy to your top and same mascara directions. Then put that gold on all around the bottom of your brow, getting thicker around your bridge and then put your color super close to the ends of your lids near your lashes and take a bit darker gold ish light brownish and make wings and blend them out until it meets the light gold ish you applied closer to your brow. I wish i could show you how but unfortunetly im not there:( Hope I helped! ;)
