I would say you use brown-black eyeliner and mascera, it is a little less intese...and I would use browns and beiges for your eye shadow...Almay has make-up sets for all different eye colors, so I would check out the one for blue eyes.Whats the perfect eye makeup for blue eyes, with a skin tone a little darker than fair.?
