Perfect makeup a.k.a not too whoreish?

I really want to look my best when it comes to make up but not look like hoho, so any ideas that will flatter me and not in the i walk the streets way? My skintone: Fair w/ few freckles , Eyecolor: Lightblue, Hair: Golden Brown Any make up ideas for special occassions?

Use some light coverage foundation.


Some concealer for under the eye to brighten them up a bit.


A bronzer to give you a sunkissed more tanned look.


For special occasions liquid eyeliner on the top lash line.


If you want use white eyeliner for the waterline to open your eyes up.


Use a nude lipstick with some gloss over it.


Put some really natural pink blush.


Use brown eyeshadow for all over the lid and Use some white eyeshadow right under the eyebrows to highlight them a bit.
