Perfect makeup for a new years eve party?

im going to the huge new years eve party and im looking for the perfect makeup. i have long blonde hair, really big golden chocolaty brown eyes, and a light tan. and makeup ideas? oh and im 15 btw.Perfect makeup for a new years eve party?

Also, blue helps bring brown eyes out. With your blond hair you don't want to use really bright colors, but stick with blue and silver tones. Also, you're allowed to use a little extra eyeliner and definitive lines because it's your night-out make up.

But if you want to stay with the classy, night out look go with the silverish white right below the eyebrow and the blues on the eyelid.

Depends on what you're wearing. Try a smokey eye with green.
I would say a smokey eye look- its sultry and sexy. I found a picture of Carrie Underwood with her smoky eyes, she also has blonde hair and brown eyes. I think this would work well for New Years, but you also have to take your age into consideration, because you want to look classy, not like a 15 year old trying to look like a 25 year old. So if you do decide to go for the black eye, take it easy, and maybe go for a gray, soft charcoal, or even a shimmery brown. Hope this helps! :)
hmm well your still young so i'd say do your regular makeup with a bit more deep colored blush, smoky gray eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and very black thickening/lengthening mascara. and a clear lip gloss of course. do your hair cute and a cute outfit, too of course
