if you can put foundation or cream on without it looking like it's on (especially like it's caked on) then you can use it but i think all you need is some powder so you can even your skin out so you don't look blotchy. Report Abuse

I do not know how old you are but do not start wearing heavy make up when you are you are young.
the best make up, is no make up. the more natural you look the better and also healthier for your skin. if you want something then just apply a bit of mascara to give yours eyes a lift but natural is definitely better in my opinion

i recommend a foundation or a tinted moisturiser with SPF, mascara, eyeliner, cover stick for blemishes, bronzer and off course lipgloss
